September 13, 201511 yr The winner of the Week #2 contest is newarkcatholicfan, who scored 16 out of 18 points. A tiebreaker was necessary, as a whopping 6 contestants scored 16 points: newarkcatholicfan, TTS_JF, sweet16, coldweatherfan, NKY_YouthCoach, & BIG BLACK JACK. The score of the Oregon/Michigan State game was 31-28 for a total of 59 points scored. 3 contestants--newarkcatholicfan, TTS_JF, & sweet16 guessed 58 points , which was closer than coldweatherfan (63) NKY_YouthCoach (71), & BIG BLACK JACK (38). We then had to go to the 2nd tiebreaker, which is time the contest entries were made, which made newarkcatholicfan the winner. As always the contest is not final for 24 hrs. All contestants have 24 hours to report any errors. Once it is final, the winner should consult the contest thread to claim their prize: Contest Prizes - Sponsored by the SPORTS Shop Michigan State defeated Oregon 31-28 Oklahoma defeated Tennessee 31-24 (2 OT) LSU defeated Mississippi State 21-19 BYU defeated Boise State 35-24 Michigan defeated Oregon State 35-7 Connecticut defeated Army 22-17 Syracuse defeated Wake Forest 30-17 Washington State defeated Rutgers 37-34 Iowa defeated Iowa State 31-17 Arizona defeated Nevada 44-22

newarkcatholicfan 16 (58)

TTS_JF 16 (58)

sweet16 16 (58)

coldweatherfan 16 (63)

NKY_YouthCoach 16 (71)

BIG BLACK JACK 16 (38)

2 Humped Camel 15

Big Slick 15

dmh115 15

SLINK 14

Ibleedblue14 14

NKY Bandit 13

The Professor 13

MNCM 12

16thBBall Fan 12

2-3-Zone 11

sumoroyal 11

Razor Ramon 10

Raiders8702 10

PurplePride92 10

pirate1960 10

ksowards 10

plantmanky 9

Can'tcoach 8

Jumper_Dad 8

Week #1 Winner: 2 Humped Camel (14) Week #2 Winner: newarkcatholicfan (16) Week Never Winners: plantmanky & Can'tcoach SEASON TOTALS

2 Humped Camel 29

Big Slick 29

coldweatherfan 27

2-3-Zone 25

NKY Bandit 25

Ibleedblue14 25

PurplePride92 24

sumoroyal 24

The Professor 24

dmh115 24

BIG BLACK JACK 24

SLINK 23

NKY_YouthCoach 23

MNCM 22

TTS_JF 22

newarkcatholicfan 22

Razor Ramon 21

Raiders8702 21

16thBBall Fan 21

pirate1960 18

Can'tcoach 17

sweet16 16

UKMustangFan 12

plantmanky 12

ksowards 10

Jumper_Dad 8

oldrambler 7

sealedpower 6

* It's not often that we have ties. And it's not often that we have 2 kinds of ties, but we've had that happen in both weeks of our contest this year. Good work by all of you who earned 16's, but congrats to newarkcatholicfan for getting the W. * 2 Humped Camel came very close to repeating, but fell short by scoring a 15. However, 2HC is tied for the Overall Season Standings lead. * Congrats to Jumper_Dad who won highest Moderator honors with 8 points. Of course, he was the only Moderator who played. * JD did not finish in last by himself, however. Our good friend Can'tcoach turned in another stellar performance, tying JD for last with 8 points. Perhaps the 3rd time will be the charm for CC & he'll actually manage a double figures score next week. (Don't hold your breath) * Our friend with the green penis avatar continues to light up the scoreboard, as plantmanky tallied 9 points. Poor plantman never got his printer parts & it doesn't appear he'll be getting any BGP gear anytime soon either. That's a real shame. (no it isn't) * PurplePride92 scored a 10, which also happens to be how many pounds he gained this week. Meanwhile, sumoroyal totaled 11 points, which is how many bags of candy he has with him at the scorer's table each night. * Good luck in Week #3 !
September 16, 201511 yr I know my 24 hours is up but I meant to pick Michigan State. RP, can you please adjust my score?:lol2:
