Graves County 2015/1016

Featured Replies

Basketball season for 2015/2016 should provide another exciting year. What should we expect from Graves County. Remember, please be constructive.

Graves counry returns 6'10 class of 2017 center Chris vogt. Not sure what else they'll have.

They are returning 3 starters, Vogt, Grant, and Gough, from last year's team and several other players that got playing time. Grant is the PG and can make things happen. Gough played PF and is 6'5"-6'6" and is a strong kid. They have a lot to choose from to replace the 2 starters they lost. They should be as good as anyone on the blocks but not sure that the guard play and compete with Murray or Tilghman.

Josh Frick is the coach

Graves usually is a very good coached team, if they execute and find some shooting they will be tough with Vogt in the middle.

What are the ages of the players other than vogt? Will they have a good team around him in the 16-17 year? If so I think that could be there year. I think they're a sleeper this year.

Hard to be a sleeper when most have them ranked in at least the top 4.

I find it hard to put Carlisle ahead of them. I agree with Tilghman and Murray but I thinks they should be #3 in the region. They are playing a tougher schedule this year also so we will get to see what they have.
