9. Bell County (3A)- The Bobcats have size and strength along with quality experience. Will 2015 be the year they breakthrough for another Regional Title after a bit of a drought by their fan's standards? If so they first need to end a 2 game losing streak to rival Middlesboro.

 

Is Bell County the favorite? What do they have to do to beat Middlesboro?

I like Corbin a little more.

 

Bell has the size and experience, but Corbin has more athleticism and speed.

 

Corbin plays @ Bell...wouldn't be one bit surprised to see Bell win the regular season matchup and the younger Redhounds take the Regional Championship come November.

Everything says Bell County.

 

Bell is by far the more experienced team.

 

Bell is bigger and stronger.

 

Bell has the most experience at QB.

 

With that said, the past two years Bell looked to be the clear favorite on paper as well. With a rivalry game.. it is hard to go off "what should happen" and truth be told I almost get the sense that Middlesboro's undoing the past two years was that they could not regroup from the emotional high that came from beating the Bobcats.

 

I want to say Bell should win by 14-20 points...but it also would not shock me one bit to see Middlesboro bite them again

Should be the favorite but not by a huge margin. Corbin lost 20+ seniors. Bell returns nearly the entire offense and 5 starters with some others that played a lot on defense.

 

M'boro is starting over after losing a senior class of 20+ players themselves. It will be a uphill struggle with only 2 players that started 5+ games last year. Very small jr. And sr. Classes. Many freshman and sophomore's will be playing their first varsity snaps this year.

Bell vs. Mboro will be the first game on the new field. It should be fun.

It will come down to Bell and Corbin for the Regional Title.

Bell County will be the team to beat in the Region. They have a lot returning this season.

Better get it this year. Corbin will start to come of age next year. Plus Casey will have a nice group of seniors. I wouldn't look past them this year.

Bell will be good the next four years. Have a lot of talent coming as well.
