Per the Pentagon: There have been 10,000+ members of ISIS killed in the last 9 months, but it appears that most, if not all have been replaced.

I have to question how many 10,000s there will be. After the next 10K are killed, I can't help but wonder how many Islamic radicals might think twice about joining up with ISIS.

 

10,000 is a big number any way you spin it.

The first thing ISIS did when they set up permanent shop in the Levant was establish a social welfare system and put services together. If your mind is bent that way, you can live a decent life (in a manner of speaking). It makes it very attractive to someone with a certain type of religious zeal and no real opportunity wherever they are.

Maybe Obama has it right, make is a slow kill and get them all in the end vs. wiping them out right away and leaving most of them to fight another day.
