The national title marks the 10th by a Big Ten team during the 2014-15 academic season, which is a Big Ten single-season record, besting its nine national titles in 1999-2000.

Even more impressive: Ohio State has won five of the Big Ten’s 10 national titles, starting with football and followed by wrestling, pistol, synchronized swimming and rowing.

I have tried it at a summer camp one time and we were all dead (a bunch of athletes) about halfway through.
