McCracken County 6 Murray 0

Featured Replies

McCracken County gets it done in the 1st region blanking Murray 6-0. Audrey Dodd gets the win giving up 2 hits and striking out 10. Jenny Chapman who pitched a perfect game against Carlisle County, Keely Barnes, and Tori Humphrey made all tourney team. Audrey Dodd takes the MVP award.

No surprise.

Favorites to win state

I agree. This team is poised to win state. Then again, anything can happen.

McCracken softball and baseball will probably always be in the hunt for state tiltles for the foreseeable future.

Correct. Especially in softball. The individual schools were in the hunt every year as well. With the consolidation there is no doubt they will be.

The softball teams 3 starting pitchers will be seniors next year. I don't know what kind of pitching they have after that.

They'll be fine :lol2:

Agree with Rocket.

If the McCracken JV team played up to varsity, they would be in contention for the state championship. Freshman team would likely be in the top 20.
