Word is brown is throwing for Anderson today

As he should. Don't save for 2nd round. It isnt guaranteed, just ask Oldham's coach Gerlach about saving Keikeffer(sp?) against Carroll a few years back.

Grant County won 5-3

The semifinals are set for tomorrow night at the Shelby County Athletic Complex.

Collins (22-11) vs. Simon Kenton (19-14) - 6:30 PM

Grant County (18-14-1) vs. South Oldham (16-17) - 8:30 PM

Never dreamed that these 4 would be in the semis...Collins yes, Simon Kenton maybe, surprised by Grant and South.

SK is going back to state buddy!

Well I would agree that they have a 25% chance. Who they throwing today? I am afraid that their losing to Collins 11-1 might be advantage for SK. Extra motivation while Collins might be to relaxed. Based on the last week in the 8th, anything is possible.

Games will be played tomorrow.

8th region baseball cancelled for Tuesday night. Same times on Wed.

Biggest Joke I have heard all day. Hasn't rained, tarp on and rain dying out.

Did they ever get the rain or did they cancel based on forecast?

Good luck getting through Collins first, who btw beat SK with Lawrence on the hill 12-1

Did they ever get the rain or did they cancel based on forecast?

I'm sure they cancelled due to not wanting to potentially only get one game in, giving an unfair advantage to the first game.

Well there is a 25% chance of you being right.

Any score updates?

Collins beat SK 7-4.

Collins BEAT SK. 7-4. Thought Collins was in trouble giving up the 4 runs on one hit and not a ball out of the infield. Hats off to SK for good back to back years.
