"We try to off the training strategically around the state so it's not a hardship for the coroner to get to," said Wilder. Looks as if the real problem is that the "training" is run by the State and like much of the state training is located at various state parks and probably is something that could be done via webex....but then we would expect the State of Ky to be behind the curve on that wouldn't we ? Also appears that there is no substitute for this training, it must be the State training. Typical government gears grinding....
