The only counter to that I can think of is Bardstown Road on Friday and Saturday nights. Maybe a few drunk college kids getting frisky.

Those guys see a lot of public intox with all the bars in the neighborhoods and probably some trespass and narcotics stuff with all the parkland. Would be an easy place to see just how effective the cameras are at picking up the reality of interactions between citizens and police.
