Has anyone ever been to a wrestling pay-per-view? I thought about going to Wrestlemania next year after I get my taxes back. Tickets, right now from Lexington to Arlington are like 300-400 for main cabin, about a 4 hour trip with layover in Atlanta.

Ive been to two. (never Wrestlemania) Money in the bank is in Columbus in June, wife and I are thinking about going. Tickets are expensive, around 150-200 for a decent seat. Most of the PPV have a preday the day before, kinda like a fan fest at some point.

I went to Backlash when it was in Lex... probably around '06 or '07. This was when PPVs were branded, so the whole roster wasn't on it.

Went to a RAW when I was in 8th grade with some friends, this was during the Attitude Era and when the business was red-hot.

I thought the RAW was more fun. The PPV definitely had more high spots (ladder match at the PPV and some more big spots), but on the whole, I thought the RAW was better. Lots of that probably had to do with my age and the state of the business on the whole as well though.

Also, when it came to the RAW as a middle schooler, the Godfather was there and I saw a butt or two (big deal as a middle schooler, until my parents were watching for the first time at home and started asking questions once I was back). The RAW had that Hawk was thrown off the Titantron in that horrible angle they were running with LOD then, so it's not like the RAW didn't have it's excitement.

Went to Wrestlemania 8. It was a blast.
