No its a couple of kids climbing on a statue that is highly accessible in a city full of statues and monuments . Is the statue a blessed ? I bet if you looked at it closely it is shiny in some places where the patina has been rubbed of by other people touching it .

Its a monument a tribute to those who have served, you dont climb on it, one thing if the kids get on it for a few, another thing if they continue to play there without consequence. Places like this are like libraries, you know not to play and be loud there. If you don't someone has failed in raising you.

You obviously haven't been to a public library that has a children's section lately . A better analogy would have been a Church .

It's outside in a park like setting. There's nothing around it to keep kids off of it or even a sign or other indication that you shouldn't climb on it. Take a look at the Three Soldiers statue nearby the same memorial. It is sitting in a small section with bushes/ivy growing around it as well as a small chain fence. Harder to climb that one.
