March 10, 201511 yr What does it mean on the Ticketmaster site when it says Special Offers start Wednesday at 10:00 am? Probably some sort of pre-sale thing where you have to enter a code word. You usually get these for concerts by being a member of fan clubs. I would think if you have WWE APP or perhaps some sort of fan club membership you can get a code. I'm not sure how it works with wrestling, but that's my best guess.
