And what thems Station players? Cause they reside in Station district? No! Plenty of public athletes go out of district to play for sports and academics, so public kids wanting to go to a private institution is a common practice. We don't need to hear the " They recruit " topic.. And I can name numerous students/athletes now that attends and play for the school that they do not reside.

I think the "Station's kids" is more "Station feeder, Station middle school", what have you. I'm guessing that the making your presence known at middle school games, that's probably kinda what he was going for.

If they want to move, they move. All good. I'm the guy who has been in Cordia's corner. Like you said, lots of kids move or play for different schools.

The comment was kind of in jest, but likely has a fair amount of truth to it. Demetrius Green was a Station kid. Jaylen and Seth Beckham. Can't really deny situations like those, IMO.

Understood that point. I get it, but if one school that not meet the "score " requirement, as a parent who have the right to send your kid to another HS. In this case, out of district request. Or perhaps like SCAPA or pre engineering at Lafayette ( Just an example ) Morton Middle is predominately Henry Clay kids, but tons attends Lafayette, including athletes.

Agree. I'm all for kids' parents sending them where they want them to go so long as the kid's best interests are being looked out for. I understand why people would want to send their kids to Catholic-- it's a great school.
