Clyde Posted February 25, 2015 Posted February 25, 2015 No wonder Cooper lost. They played two games. Can someone change Cooper to Conner.
HardWoodFan Posted February 25, 2015 Author Posted February 25, 2015 MODERATOR: Please change title of thread to Conner instead of Cooper...Whoops...was typing too fast ..while the game was at Cooper..it was Conner Ryle defeated.
Yellow Card Posted February 25, 2015 Posted February 25, 2015 No wonder Cooper lost. They played two games. Can someone change Cooper to Conner. Conditioning, or lack of, seems to always play a role.
capt D Posted February 25, 2015 Posted February 25, 2015 Ryle has a very good team. In my opinion they gave Holmes one of, if not their toughest, game.
Henry Steele Posted February 26, 2015 Posted February 26, 2015 Ryle has a very good team. In my opinion they gave Holmes one of, if not their toughest, game. Against Holmes, Ryle went to a smaller lineup for most of the game, using the two middle schoolers (McGregor and Scherr) together extensively, definitely changes the game with those two on the floor.

Ryles middle schoolers definitely contributed in the Holmes game including good minutes from Lauren Schwartz as well. While I understand your going small comment (meaning smaller when using 3 guards), I would say that might be misleading to those that don't know the program since there were two 6 Ft plus players on the floor together at all times. Leading scorers were 6'2 Jump with 15, 6'1 Lange with 11, followed by middle schooler Scherr with 9 and 5'10 guard Schwartz with 7. Probably not what most would think of as small. Hopefully Ryle can take advantage of it's strengths and surprise some people in the post season.
LuVmdgs Posted February 26, 2015 Posted February 26, 2015 I watched the ryle Holmes game ryle did play well however Holmes was without Tubbs..
