I have never been asked if my car could be searched after a traffic violation.

This story literally makes me sick. I feel so badly for this guy. Why would anyone want to live in some of the northeastern states? Cold, highest taxes anywhere and crazy laws like this...

 

Also, how do you lose your pension even if you are convicted of a crime (even a bogus one like this)? He still earned it while teaching.
