Best "buzzer beater" call ever?

Featured Replies

Since tonight is the UC/XU Crosstown Shootout, I'll go with Andy Mac's call of the final shot of the 1996 Crosstown Shootout, Cincinnati was ranked #1 in the nation at the time, and XU's Lenny Brown with the "tear-drop" for the winner.

Joe Sundermann couldn't get a word in edge wise

Valparaiso's buzzer-beater in 1998 to defeat 4-seeded Ole Miss in the tourney. The play drawn up by Homer Drew was genius and executed to perfection.

Wrong "call."

LB13 is talking about the radio call of Andy Mac.

The last UK game called by cawood ledford in the ncaa tourney game vs Duke still resonates in my soul. I think the Laetner shot and Cawoods voice at the end of the game are unforgettable.
