In the top of the 9th, David Jones (NL) hit a 2 out, 2 run triple to break a 1-1 tie with Ashland Paul Blazer. North Laurel currently leads 3-1 with 2 outs in the top of the 9th inning with Chris Maggard at the plate. Sounds like this has been a good game. Will give more updates and a final score when I get them.

Ashland Paul Blazer scored 3 runs in the bottom of the 9th to win this one 4-3 over North Laurel. David Jones takes the loss and Ryan Sams gets a no decision for North after pitching 8 solid innings. Sounds like it was a good game.

Bias went 8 innings, striking out 8 in a no decision. Withrow relieved and allowed a two-run triple by David Jones in the ninth, but got the win.

 

Ryan Sams for NL struck out 11 in 8 innings but got the ND. Jones relieved and allowed an RBI triple by Wilcox and an RBI single by Paris and took the hard-luck loss.
