Pile Driver
2005 chrysler 300 3.5L V6 I broke the MAP sensor. I was able to put it back in place and drive it. However, the ETC light started to come on. I replaced the broken MAP sensor with a new one. the ETC light still comes on and the car runs very rough. What do I check now? JDEaston
I'm not a mechanic by any means, but I do know a vaccum leak can cause all kinds of irregularities.
nees1212
I would take it to an Auto Zone (or similar store), and have them run a scan. You can then trace the codes back to whatever is causing the problem. It could be the sensor is bad even though you replaced it, or another issue that a mechanic would need to resolve. lawildcat
I'm not a mechanic by any means, but I did stay at a Holiday Inn once. Fixed that for ya.
Pile Driver
I did take it to Autozone, but since it was a sensor light and not an "engine warning" light is was unable to detect any codes.
