I have no idea what happened. Ashland had the ball, Baker ran for a few yards, with no flags thrown at either team. Then Nevins? I believe approached the Ashland sideline and Ashland HC Tony Love. They were separated when the Holmes coach pointed or put a finger at coach Love's chest.

I'll try and listen to the postgame to see what Tony Love says about the incident.

 

WOW.. Holmes is coming apart mentally.. A Holmes player just took his helmet off and hit the referee. Per the radio announcers.

 

Ashland wins 49-14. Refs held the teams in huddle with a running clock after a Holmes player tossed his helmet then supposedly hit a ref.
