It would be sad if they ever do only because I could no longer say that I played on every Beechwood Varsity Soccer team in their history (82' and 83') lol

I was only half joking about not wanting them to get it going lol. I do wonder if they will have enough to have a team due to football?

 

I remember back in 82 and 83 the season was in the spring and is why we were able to field the team because most of the players on the team were also football players. Then when they moved the season to Fall is when they had to drop the sport at Beechwood.

I will be surprised if this has an impact on their Football squad. I can see it taking some kids away but not any of their primary players, at most, I think it might hurt them some when it comes to depth.

By the time kids get to high school, for the VAST majority, they're either a football player or a futbol player.
