October 27, 201411 yr This from 2013, pretty good tune here, and lead singer Marc Storace can still "bring it" at 63. If you didn't know it, you would think it was Bon Scott. [video=youtube_share;jEg4rNH09rM] That's cool... he does sound like Bon Scott. I didn't realize that they were even still putting out stuff. Looks like they have been pretty much all along. My first introduction to them was when WEBN used to play "Winning Man" off of their 5th release "Hardware", and then I saw them open up (supporting that album) for Blackfoot and Ted Negent in 1981 at my first ever arena concert at the Riverfront Coliseum on Ted's "Intensities in 10 Cities" tour. I remember being anxious to hear them play "Winning Man". I really dug their followup release to that "One Vice at a Time" with the song "Long Stick Goes Boom" and their cover of "American Woman". I was big into AC/DC at the time and dug how much they sounded like them. I tried to turn them on to my AC/DC loving friends, but they wouldn't bite. Then on their next release "Headhunter" and with a lot of help from MTV, they seemed to hit their career apex with "Screaming in the Night" and "Eat the Rich". After that I lost track, as with the MTV era I started sliding a bit away from Metal (but not completely), and more towards a lot of the other multitudes of bands I discovered on MTV like Depeche Mode or The Cure and so on.

Speaking of....I need another mountain for: David Bowie The Police Queen U2 Hey Sister... not to sound petty, and definitely not a knock on your awesome bands, but I think you meant to place them up on your British mountain. This mountain is for all the non American or British bands. With all the Mt. Rushmore threads popping up, I think we actually missed starting one for specifically British bands. How'd we manage to do that?
