Garrard is sitting in the best position. Bourbon would have to beat GRC and need help from Garrard's wins to pull it out because the secondary tiebreaker will be in Garrard's favor.

 

Estill needs Garrard's wins to lose a game they shouldn't (Wayne County vs. Rockcastle is most likely)to have a chance.
