Shawnee has started the season off at a surprising 4-1 start although losing handily to 2A #1 DeSales 65-16 last week. CAL has started the season 5-0 beating district foe Washington County 56-7.

 

Shawnee has given up 110 points while scoring 166.

 

CAL has scored 194 points while giving up 41.

 

I think this game will be close in the first quarter or so (CAL might be looking ahead to the Bardstown game next week which is also homecoming) but I think CAL will roll after that.

 

My prediction: 41-14 CAL.

 

The game is at 7:30 at CAL.

If that in fact is the case, then this game will be closer than you think. Shawnee was missing the QB when we played them. That definitely hurt. You watch #5, and #15. Those two were great athletes. I can easily see how they started out 4-0. If the QB is back, along with those other two, they can create some problems.

#5 & #15 Were just pure athletes and they can cause matchup problems for any team. BE CAREFUL THEY CAN BE VERY DANGEROUS!

Yeah I think I will change my prediction to 31-14 CAL. Tanner Lopez (backup RB) is also a stud.
