Mustangs back at it after a week off. Will they stay undefeated?

Southaven comes into this game with a 3-0 record and #11 overall rank in the state of Ms and a National rank of #270.. They play in the 6a public school class(largest class) in Ms and play in the same district with Tupelo(#155 nationally) and South Panola(#50 nationally). A very tough distict. There wins thus far have been to Memphis power Tresevant, Tn 35-34 in the season opener, another Memphis private power, Christian Bros 35-12 and to Clarksdale, Ms 38-0.. They dress 74 kids in the top 3 grades.. Should be a real test for the Mustangs..

Is this a one year deal? I see you all did not play last season.

I'm fairly certain it's a one year deal. This is definitely a step up in competition for the Mustangs. Hopefully they can make a good showing.

Here's hoping McCracken can hype this game up and the county gives them a big turnout. The team can compete on the higher level. They have to believe in themselves.
