The Rockets (1-3) are coming off a 14-3 loss against their rival Collins and Ryle (1-3) is coming off their first win of the season 50-22 over Conner. Last year the Rockets beat Ryle 19-13 in Shelbyville in a monsoon.

Which team will pick up their 2nd win of the season?

No one has an opinion?

Of the two teams, Shelby County is the only one I've seen play this season, but I think this one goes to Ryle.

Ryle has struggled this season getting offensive yards against their opponents, averaging only about 200 yards total offense in each of the first three games, but it would seem that something may well have clicked on the offense in their 50-22 win over Conner this past Friday.

In their 14-3 loss to Collins this past week, Shelby looked to lack much athleticism, and they had a hard time coming out with much after going into halftime losing 7-3. The offense looked tired and lackadaisical in the second half, and the defense was worn out after spending so much time on the field. If Ryle can keep things rolling with their offense, it will be a steep, uphill battle for the Rockets.

What clicked was the fact that we had balance and our starting halfback was back healthy. Prior to that he had 18 carries in three games hobbling. He had 16 carries healthy and you could see the difference. We have a couple other good backs to keep us with fresh legs. We still have a big o-line that can move bodies. As long as we can find the holes we will be very competitive all year. Balance will not let teams stack 8-9 in the box. We win this one. 36-14.
