BIG WIN for Thomas Nelson that's 2 wins in a row for them.

What a crazy game.

Eli Clark converted a pair of 4th and long to keep the drive alive before connecting with Jake Clark for a 20-yard TD pass with 44 seconds to play. Eli is becoming Mr. Clutch with his fourth-quarter play the past two weeks.

Thomas Nelson is also showing itself to be a very stout defensive team. They held Bethlehem scoreless in the second half last night — the Eagles scored 47 tonight. The Generals did the same to Nelson Co. tonight — a program that has been known to produce some serious offensive numbers.

Thomas Nelson is on the road at CAL next week.... How is their team looking this year?

Playing much better. 70 kids out for football. New head coach does a nice job of preparation. Not enough horses to hang with CAL, IMVHO, but they are 2-1 and feeling it.

Visited there last year. Great looking school, nice community, very glad to see them playing ball. Good win vs Nelson
