Curious to see which teams start has shocked you the most?

Wouldn't necessarily call any shocking, but Belfry, Ludlow and Campbell County are off to nice starts.

 

Nearly anyone following KY high school football knew Belfry would be tough as always. A 29-7 win over Henry Clay indicates to me that they will be much tougher than some may have thought.

 

Ludlow is 2-0, beating Gallatin County close and Bracken County convincingly. Based on what's happened so far, I'd say they have a chance at one of their better seasons in some time.

 

Campbell County is 1-1, beating East Central, IN and losing to Highlands by 7. Many thought Highlands would win convincingly and Campbell really tested them. If not for a bad quarter, may have won. Based on last night's game, I believe it's more than fair to say the Camels are continuing in the right direction.

Cooper had a much better start than was expected by many in the prediction threads.

 

They were supposed to lose by 50 against Ryle and were supposed to have a close game against NCC yet they haven't allowed a single TD yet and have won both games with the second one by over 30 points.

Ryle's poor performance must be shocking to them. They have a pretty tough schedule (although I know nothing about Sycamore of Cincinnati) so I'm wondering if it's gonna be another 2-8 or 3-7 year for them. I can't see them beating SK, Campbell, CovCath or Dixie. Boone Co. definitely doesn't appear to be the sure W they have been for their opponents the past two seasons. Glad to see the Rebs fighting their way back.
