Who are going to be some of the best defensive players in the 10th Region 2014-2015?

These are the guys who usually will guard the other team's leading scorer and usually do all the dirty work with all out hustle. On the stat sheet are rarely mentioned, but are really the reason a team is successful.

Name a few from the 10th region, they need a little recognition too. Don't you agree?

Damion King of GRC is the first name that comes to mind.

And while Matt Wilson of Campbell County isn't the type of kid who will guard the other team's best player, he is a monster on the defensive end with his shot blocking ability.

A bunch of Clark Co's team could be included here. Their defense carried them night in and night out last year.

Agree on Damion. As little as he is, he never backed down on guarding the other teams best player.

Agree 100%.One of the things I love about our team is their defense.

What about their offense this year? Think they can win the region?

Spot on!

Baller, anyone from St. Pats that needs to be mentioned in this thread?

We will be competitive and if we can get our offense going, watch out, as GRC could make a run at the title.

Definitely McCall and Jodrey. Their all out hustle and loving the sport. They will be a

tough duo.

And Mason County usually always thrives on their defense, except when it came to Bach. Needless to say they will be tough

Ben Duncan from Nicholas County. He will be a senior for the Jackets. He drew the toughest assignments for the Jackets last season.
