Lots of teams needed snorkel gear today.

This past weekend the Finals were held for the Ohio State Cup. KHA had 4 teams bring home the Championship.

Who were the 4 teams?

Boys U13 Red

Girls U14 Red

Girls U16 Red

Girls U18 Red

Yet the biggest favorite of all KHA red gu-17 lost in the finals. No worries they have already qualified for the national tournament finals with their first place finish in the national league. KHA red gu-15 are heavy favorites to win the Kentucky state championship over memorial weekend. Good luck to all the NKY teams playing that weekend.

The KHA U17 Red Girls did not finish first in NL, they were runner-up in their division, this finish does still qualify them for the National Tournament. They currently sit on top of their division in MRL, a win tonight would secure a first place finish in the league and they would receive an automatic birth in the Regionals.

 

The KHA U15 Girls will be heavy favorites in the KY State Cup. The Boys U14 Red, and U16 Red, are the top ranked teams in their age groups and are expected to do well.

Sorry, they did lose to the California team on the final weekend.

Also lost to Farmingdale United (NY-E), they only went 1-2 while in Las Vegas.
