Randy Parker
Final per the scoreboard. Can anyone in the 10th touch Bourbon? If the scoreboard is correct, the Lady Colonels are 6-0 vs. 10th Region competition & have outscored those opponents by...get this...100-0 in those 6 games (Pendleton County, Nicholas County, Paris, Bracken County, Mason County, & George Rogers Clark). 100-0.
Randy Parker
Scoreboard shows Bourbon traveling to Montgomery tomorrow. My apologies to the Lady Colonels in advance for the inevitable jinx.
Informed_spectator
None of those teams listed above with the exception of Clark are close to the top of the 10th region. No surprise they are 100-0.

Informed_spectator
1) Bourbon 2) Montgomery or Clark 3) Montgomery or Clark 4) Harrison 5) Bracken I don't really know much about Clark, but I know Montgomery has been plagued with a lot of injuries already this season, and Bourbon county had been playing a lot of great competition and has been gaining experience. Either way there will be 1 solid team from the 40th who doesn't make it out of the district.

But the 40th District has the top 3 teams IMO. Still, the fact that Bourbon has beaten two top 4 or 5 teams by a combined score of 15-0 speaks volumes to me. Informed_spectator
But, they also dominated all teams in the 10th last year and ended up losing the regional championship. Anything can happen on any given day.

Anything can happen on any given day. That's true. Do they have the same pitcher as last year?
Informed_spectator
Yes, Ariel Daily who is just a freshman and is going to make a great pitcher. Montgomery's first and second string pitchers are out, they will be pitching their 3rd string tonight

But they had the most talent the last 2 years in the 10th as well & Nicholas beat them in 2012 & Montgomery beat them in 2013 so only time will tell. They are 41-7 in the 10th region since 2012 but never one the big game. It should be fun to watch
BirdBrain
Far and away the best in the 10th, all the way through the lineup…unless they fall completely apart, they win the 10th going away.
The Dawg
I agree with you 100% but the best all around team doesn't always win it. That's what makes fast pitch softball so exciting to watch is it only takes a couple of errors and not having your A game that day and the next thing you know your season is over

This team is not a "couple of errors" kind of team. Their B game is likely better than the majority of teams A games in the 10th.
