realmanky001
I believe this is a very good job in the fifth region. They always have a great turnover of talent and athleticism. I believe alot of people will show intrest in this job. Who do you think the frontrunner is for this job??? Ill go on a limb and say they wil make big push for there all-time leading scorer Maze Stallworth to come back home and be there for a long time. His style of play and enthusiasm he has with kids will bring alotve excitement to the powerhouse of JHHS. This will be an intresting situation. Northstar85
If they don't go after Maze they are crazy. JMO I completely agree with you. He did a monumental job at Casey Co this year considering what he had. I don't think there's a lot coming up there either.
Jim Schue
John Hardin's recent success has been directly correlated to North Hardin's slow demise. They need someone good in place to keep that pipeline strong and offset E'town in the 17th.
velcro12
I believe John Hardin and North are great jobs, how about KC Goodin from Louisville or would any of the 5th region coaches look to move up?
Harry Doyle
I believe John Hardin and North are great jobs, how about KC Goodin from Louisville or would any of the 5th region coaches look to move up? I dont know if he will apply or not, but KC would be an awesome choice. Talk about a turnaround job. What he did at Doss bringing them out of the gutters, only to be knocked off in the 6th finals this year by PRP is amazing. Proof is in the pudding with him. Plus being from nearby LaRue County, he would be a cadidate much like Stallworth who would probably settle in there for a long while. KC was also an assistant at Georgetown College after he standout playing days, as well as an assitant at Lou. Western. As if the 5th hasn't been seeing plenty John Hardin/Bardstown knock down, dragouts in the 5th region...adding KC to the mix; people would be seeing Boo/KC squaring off even more on the regular. realmanky001
KC would be great choice as would stallworth. Stallworth being a Former Hardin County standout pushes him a little ahead of some applicants just because I know that community likes hiring their own. As they and others should if an applicant (s) can coach their butts off. Avoid revolving doors with hiring your own and/or others from the relative area (like Goodin). Means a little something more to those guys.

Write it down and take that to the bank. As far as NH goes, I have not heard anything on that front. NH principal and AD are not really into athletics like other principals and AD's. They could really care less if they land a high profile guy, eventhough IMO it is a high profile job.

Doss lost in 6th region semis, but yes, he did a great job turning them around.
