What was the deal with all the clock malfunctions at the end of the game? Clock didn't start (twice) in the last 30 plus seconds; refs caught it once and points were going up on the wrong side.

I listened on the radio. Our announcers mention the clock didn't run, I mention it in the up-date thread.

Mason County tries to hold the ball at the start of the fourth quarter and it comes back to bite them. Tough tough loss.

GRC applied more pressure and made MC turn the ball over. Lexxus Graham had several steal in this time frame. She put GRC on her back. She is a Senior and wasn't going to loose this game.

I was at the game court side. Mason County went into holding the ball. Mason County blew this one.

Read the update thread.

I was at the game court side and know what happened. You can say GRC picked up the defense but Mason County didn't look at all to score the ball. GRC gets some credit but Mason County got out of their offense but trying to milk the clock.

With around 14 sec. left we inbounded the ball and took 2 dribbles and point 5 seconds was all that run off the clock.

Despite the outcome congrats to GRC. Two outstanding careers come to an end for Mason County in Butler and Bierley.

I wish both Butler and Bierley success as well as congratulations to Mason on a successful year.

It was a combination of what you said and Goldie said. And I was courtside as well with a bag of mediocre popcorn so the view was the same as yours.

But in the final two minutes was Grahams pressure defense on Butler that helped make the difference in the fourth.
