I heard the same thing. Coachforlife might have the wrong person in mind. I don't think she is from CALcium.

No cigar. No cigar. No cigar for Coachforlife.

Nope on the CREEK, but I'm dropping it until the student is enrolled at SHA.

Someone mentioned seeing this young person and a family member at the SHA bench in the midst of the post-game party after the region final.

So where is the young person from retro? I guess SHA is starting to go the Trinity route and deciding that CSAA players are not the 'championship' answer.

I think it is a player that came from a program that has the same colors as CAL. She played varsity as an 8th grader I believe. The talent level in the CSAA has been taking a nose dive on the girls side for years. There were only a few teams in the CSAA that had players ready to go to the next level. Most of the talent is playing other sports year round like Volleyball, field hockey, and now Lacross.

Very true on CSAA talent level on the girls side Pass. Not on the boys side - total opposites.

This (what you above) is the only clue you get, sorry. Not cool, not fair, not proper, and totally not right at all IF/WHEN the athlete might be/is on the team that is competing against the other team. Whoa, hold on now!!! Please think long and hard about all of the possible complications contained in said scenario.

It's just plain sad that it's become soooooo difficult to simply be a kid, and that purely playing the game has become a thing of the past. Many folks still want sports to provide a bit of a refuge for themselves or their kids, but I guess that has become too naïve of an outlook.
