The Lady Wildcats successfully defended their title at Carroll County. GC led 72-27 when the starters were pulled. Hannah Dossett hit 5 first half 3 pointers for 21 points. She added 2 more to finish with 27 points. Gallatin hit 11 shots from beyond the arc which gave them 21 for the two games.

Brooke Doosett (16) and Danielle Wesley (12) also hit double figures. Kelsea Satchwell scored 2 points, but added 8 assists, 7 rebounds, and 4 steals.

GC now stands at 19-7 heading into next week's 8th Region Tournament in Dry Ridge. They have won 14 of 16 since the New Year began.
