Final from Russell. Greenup will take on Lewis Co. Friday for the district title.

This one surprises me, congrats to GC on the W.

I also want to take time to give kudos to Raceland coach Bob Trimble. I think that the job he has done with this still young basketball team has been excellent. Coach Trimble had some issues with this team w/ the departure of 5 players during the season and he kept this team together and playing hard, to win and finished with a winning 14-13 record.

They're young and should get better. But GC is the same. The district should be pretty even next year.
