If the Conner team that showed up tonight vs Ryle keeps showing up each game, Conner will be a major threat this tournament!!! It was a "team" effort that resulted in a big "team" win!!! Congrats Conner!!!

Congrats to Conner and Coach Stamm on the win! They have came up just short of making the region the last two years, so its great to see them get over the hump this year. It is very well deserved!

After a slow start in the 1st qtr the Lady Cougars kicked it into high gear with a swarming defense and a tremendous amount of hustle. Several girls turned in excellent performances tonight. Taylor Gabriel continues to turn in gutsy performances each night and Brooke Maine's and Hunter Hendricks also had outstanding efforts this evening. Special mention goes out to sophomore Bethany Vest who came off the bench to make several key baskets for the Cougars. Congratulations to Coach Stamm, his staff and most of all the Lady Cougars on an outstanding win. Good luck on thursday against Boone County. Go Cougars!
