Okay, I realize that if Latin would beat Holy Cross, it just might be the biggest upset in the history of the 35th District let alone, maybe the biggest upset in the history of the KHSAA but I hope the fans of both schools show up and root hard for both teams.

 

I tip my hat off to the Latin School kids (and really most are just that, kids) and hope they enjoy and play their best game of the year, in the 35th Tournament play in game!

C'mon TOG. I read the first post. Give me a little credit.

 

I just find it odd that one game is not played at the same venue as the other 3. "Play in game" - really... is that what we call the 4/5 games in all districts now.

Not a "play in game" at all. If we use that term to refer to this game, shouldn't we also use it to refer to a no. 2 seed v. No. 3 seed game in a 3-team district?

 

In any event, I will be pulling for Latin. Play hard and be positive and you will be successful, win or lose.
