He coached us up there starting in '98. He's been around the school for a long time. Good baseball mind and he loves Notre Dame, so naturally we get along real well. He'll be a great coach for the Frosh.

You Young pup! I don't know him but I've heard a lot of good things about him. Sounds like a great hire. Wish him the best. Coach Gray spoke highly of him, so he's ok in my book. :thumb:

Coach Schulkens was there quite awhile before Roy joined the staff originally as a Freshman head coach

Shulks took over in '96. Originally Kevin Barth was assistant w/ him and then Eninger in '98. My Dad and Denny Barnes coached the JV during that time. I believe Roy came around '01-'02.
