I like Dunbar, Ryle, and Lexington Christian Academy as well. Lewis Co is my dark horse at the end of the year. Wow, can't believe I wrote that... I think Lexington schools are overrated but thats my guess when the poles come out.

Agreed. I think you could throw Ryle in the mix for top 5. Whoever wins the 9th region between Beechwood and Ryle has a real good shot IMO.

Mercer Co. has been the state runner-up 2 of the last 3 years and returns majority of their team. Will be surprised if they are not in the top 5.

PRP will also most likely be in top 5.

That is true. I would have them in my top 5 and probably take Beechwood out. Yes I am a BW alum and root for everything BW but I think they need to prove themselves first. Yes they have a few really good players, but at the same time they had those p,ayers last year and I saw them first hand lose to teams they shouldn't have. So I guess I'm old fashioned and am of the school that says prove you can win when you are supposed to before being put up as one of the top 5 teams in the state.

PRP is always tough, but I believe they lost a lot of talent from last years team. And, Coach Miller has been in the news about the side business he was running on PRP's property. Not sure if that will impact his status or not.

I thought Lone Oak and Central Hardin had the worst draw of the tournament last year meeting in the 1st round. The bottom bracket was murderer's row. Either team could be in the top 5 starting the season.

Collins lost quite a few seniors from last year's team, but they do return a good amount of talent and should be one of the favorites in the 8th. Are they top 5 in the state? I don't know, I'm not really sure what to expect this year. However, Collins boy's teams have had a ton of success this year (Soccer 15-4-2 , Football 13-2, Basketball 18-2) so Baseball might as well have a really good year too :lol2:

Me too. Yes it cou,d be Ryle or Beechwood who ends up winning the 9th but for him to think it can only be one of those two teams that wins the 9th is cutting the other teams in the 9th short.
