Congrats to the Lady Bearettes on defeating SHA for the LIT championship. It was quite an exciting game. Does anyone have the all-tourney team?

I know 2 Butler girls Lawrence and Penn, 2 SHA girls Ruffin and Merriweather, Ivy Brown, Javonna Lafield, Kilborne from Franklin Co, 2 Anderson Co girls McKee and Cann and I think the Duvall kid from Bullitt East

The fans got their moneys worth with this game. I was proud of how hard the Valkyries played though out the whole tourney never giving up when they got behind. The silver lining is that other kids stepped up with SHA being hampered with two starters not playing in the whole tourney. We are now a deeper team than we would've been.

 

Should be a great finish of the year for the Valkyries!
