Oh, and the folks at Franklin County have alot of respect for Gary Dearborn, principal at PC, his roots go back to the Franklin Co school system where he coached some very successful FCHS football teams before the schools split in 1980. Gary understands the big picture.

The other point about FC's depth is that while some did play JV, no one played in the varsity game that wasn't a Junior or Senior. Some of the juniors are playing JV because their are 13 juniors and seniors, and experience is hard to come by if they were only playing in the varsity games. Last night some of the bench didn't play as well as they are capable of playing, but their is not that big of a talent gap between the two classes.

It is ridiculous to say that PC didnt have home court advantage. I wouldnt have even commented on the officiating if Sharp didnt complain. The game was called pretty evenly until the end when Franklin County got some bad breaks. That allowed Pendlleton to get a lead that would help them win the game. If that isnt home court advantage, i dont know what is. I am not complaining; this is what is expected when you are the visiting team. FC just made too many mistakes down the stretch and Elliot was too much to handle. I agree that PC is a solid team, but put them in some of the tougher regions in the state and see how they fair against those teams. Oh yeah, one more thing, the player who went 0-8 didnt hit a shot all night and it seemed to me that he wasnt much of a shooter. They had some good shooters, but they didnt get to the line and that is why they missed 17 free throws. I dont call that a fluke.

Yea, that sounds about right. That is why we have only lost 2 games and one was to St. Louis Vashon,(ranked in the nation) and second to South Laurel with them having home court advantage, not to mention we beat them last year, with the team just as much put together this year as opposed to last year. Yea go ahead put us in a tougher bracket, we would be glad to play them, matter fact we will be playing them in the state tournament, as long as they play like they have all year long. Now what else do you want? :flame:

Pendleton County goes back to back seasons without losing a game at home. Last home loss was December 2003 to Campbell County.

Boy it is amazing how some tend to hate teams that do well. We have a few good years and people hate ya, oh well we all can't be winners!! And I just stated if they keep playing well and no bad luck falls, then you shall see. Sorry that "some" are jealous of a VERY TALENTED team..... Have a great day!!! I was mearly asking (trying to get the facts straight--You understand facts don't you hoops?), to try pointing out how I think he's made a huge difference in that teams' attitude and toughness; and am in fact a big fan of his!! You'll not see me using the "R" word, and certainly not in this instance?? Not sure of your inference???? Care to explain, if you're going to try and twist another's innocent post?? :confused:

I didn't start the foul complaint. Check post #16 by Your Daddy that is were it started. You are right on the game being called pretty evenly until the end. FC got some bad brakes(If that is what you want to call it. I call it desperation.) because they where down, and had to over play on defense which turned into fouls.

The kid that was 0-8 shot good enough to bet your JV(Leading scorer). For this kid to go 0-8 is a fluke. He did shoot 6 times in the game and was fouled on 4 of them.

OK I concede we had Home Court advantage.

Your not fooling anyone asking about Elliot. It you where trying to point out that Elliott has made a huge difference then why not just say so. You know Elliott has been at PC for 2 years, also. I have seen to many of your post to know what your intentions are. Why do you even feel a need to be posting in this thread? It has nothing to do with you. Every post you made in this thread has been a jab at PC. I am guessing because there is nothing good going on in the BB threads since they have lost 6 in a row. I don't want to hear who they lost to I already know. I have read every thread this year that they have lost or won in, and I did not have the need to post only to wish them good luck in the All A. Sometimes my 10th Region friend it might just be nice if you read and not post in our thread if you haven't seen the game. Your first post quote "Guessing this game was at Pendleton??" referring to the fouls committed. You are on here every day, and knew where that game was played. Use a little class like your BB friend Mustang. Let us PC fans enjoy our time at the top. We don't get it very often.
