Saw last night that sophomore Carson Williams from Owen County joined the 1,000 point club with the Rebels win against Eminence. Carson is the youngest in Owen Co. history to join.

 

Not sure what the school record is for boys, but I would have to say it's in jepordy of falling to Carson.

Good point about the record. Going off of my fading memory, the one name that comes to mind, is Jason Sharp. Kid could light it up from outside. The only thing going against him is that I believe he missed a portion of his junior year with a torn ACL.

Dan Neeley may be up there too going back a few. I'll see what I can find out.

Jason Sharp missed his entire junior season due to a torn ACL. He holds the record with a little over 1,800 points. Neeley only played at Owen his senior season, moved there from Owsley County.
