14th Region Play-in game.

 

Buckhorn defeated Owsley County 56-30 earlier in the season, season opener as a matter of fact.

 

Buckhorn's Joey Grove makes his return to Owsley County since transferring from Owsley to Buckhorn this summer.

 

 

Buckhorn comes in at 8-5 and average 65 points per game....Owsley County comes in at 1-12 and averages 46 points per game.

 

Massey Prediction: Buckhorn 66-51

 

 

Thoughts / Predictions?

As much as I want my Owls to win this game I admit it will be an unhill battle. Buckhorn has some good wins on their resume this year, most notable a 23 point win over Breathitt and and double digit win over a good Wolfe team in Campton. Hopefully Owsley will have their whole team. One starter was out in their 4 point loss to Estill Friday.
