Is ex-Marine Lesbian waitress lying about no tip note?

Featured Replies

You have to wonder about libel charges by the couple who she charged with stiffing her.

Probably not really worth their time and money. What are you going to get out of a waitress who appears to be a compulsive liar, especially compared to what you'd spend. Maybe they do if they have an attorney that gives them a discounted rate so they can get their name out in the news or something though. It's not really a bad move considering the attorney would probably have their name splashed in a ton of news stories, and hence, "free" advertisement.

I put "free" because it would basically be advertisement at the expense of the opportunity cost of their time in taking the case and doing the necessary work to competently represent the clients.
