November 25, 201312 yr It's November. Find me a Pitino team at UofL that didn't look terrible for at least some stretch of November. Last year was about it and the team won the national title. And even then they were pushed to the brink several times in the first two months of the season and had a three-game losing streak in January. Brand new players in some key positions, including down low, which was the crux of the Cardinals' problems. I'll reserve judgment until mid-February, but no denying they looked pretty awful yesterday.

I'll reserve judgment until mid-February, but no denying they looked pretty awful yesterday. Louisville always loses to some scrub team late-November to early-December. Every year. Like clock work. UNC certainly is no scrub, just pointing out that traditionally UofL always loses a game it probably shouldn't early in the year.
