Kentucky has its first female qualifier in the state Wrestling Tournament. Senior Priscilla Brownfield of Campbell County finished 3rd in the region to qualify for Frankfort.

She wrestles 103 lbs

According to Ryan Ernst's (Cincy Enquirer) blog she lost her opening round match and will fall into the consolation bracket.

Yes she lost, she put up a very tough match though. The kid she wrestled was a tough wrestler and probably would of been a number 1 seed had he not been in the same region as Sullivan.
