Relatively speaking I am sure. I know Daviess Co. has not been good in the past and their 4-2 record is not against the top tier teams, but they do have a couple respectable wins on the record. I expect Henderson Co. to win, probably by a solid margin, and you are probably right, a win doesn't help them that much. On the other side, an upset win by Daviess Co. would be a big boost for them.
