Paris @ Frankfort

The Paris Greyahounds (5-1) travel to Capital City Friday night to take on the Frankfort High Panthers (4-2) in a Class A district 3 showdown. There is a lot riding on this game as the winner will have the inside track on the district title and most important 1 seed and home field throught out the playoffs.

 

As Frankfort has been celebrating 100 years of football this season, Paris was Frankforts first oppponent. These teams have had classic battles since.

 

Paris is coming off a win over Bethlehem this past Friday night. The Greyhounds are scoring an average of 35 points per game and have allowed and average of 19 points per game.

 

Frankfort defeated Shelby County on Friday. The Panthers are scoring at an average of 24 points per game and have allowed an average of 18 points.

Paris is really improved this season. They have a couple of good running backs. Big difference in watching them is how well they get to the ball on defense.
