Holmes player Greg Rice dismissed from the team

I was told as of today Greg Rice is no longer apart of the Holmes basketball team.

If we are going to start on this, I also have heard from numerous people that Jamar Higgs does not play for the Bulldogs anymore. Anyone have exact details?

That is wrong. I can't go into detail, because I was asked not to. But Edmonson and Higgs had meetings and I know atleast Edmonson is still with Holmes.

 

I can't go into detail on any situation except for the fact Rice is no longer with the team.

Okay, thanks for clearing that up. How will this affect the Bulldogs in their upcoming games against Dixie, NCH, and NCC?

Ok this is my only problem with Rice quitting. I know BigStud is a pretty reliable source, but I also know I'm not the only one who has heard this before. Supposably last season Greg Rice quit on numerous occasions and once even right before Regionals started. And we all know how that ended. He hit big shot after big shot in the semifinal game to give holmes a 9th region title.

 

I'm not saying I don't buy it that he quit. But should I? and will it last?
