Desales is one hell of a team. They were the better team last night, and that is hard for a John Hardin fan to say. Fundamentals and lack of discipline are killing John this year. A ridiculous block in the back penalty on a punt return negated a touchdown. Several fumbles, one of which was on a simple pitch from the QB to running back in their own territory doomed John. Make no mistake, John is going to take their lumps this year, they play Meade County, Highlands and PRP the next three weeks and fro what I saw last night, they will probably lose two of those three games. That being said, this will only help prepare them for district play and then the playoffs. They are not going to see these types of teams until Bowling Green so the sky is not falling in Bulldog land. John is a work in progress and they will get better. Once again, congrats to Desales. You have a great team and a great coaching staff and I would be shocked if anyone beats that team. They are that good.
